How to Get Approved as a WarriorPlus Affiliate (2026)
Find offers, read the stats, send a good request note, and handle “Pending” or “Denied” — step by step.
Many WarriorPlus offers will not give you an affiliate link until the vendor approves you. On the offer page you will see a message like “You must be approved by [vendor] to promote this offer” with a Request Approval button. This guide walks through exactly how the request process looks inside the WarriorPlus dashboard (checked on September 20, 2026), plus a request-note template you can adapt.
Step 1: Find offers worth requesting
From the top menu, open Affiliate → Offers. This page lists offers with their release date, number of sales, conversion rate, visitor value, average sale, and refund rate. You can sort by Pulse Score, Launch Date, Sales, Visitor Value, Avg. Sale, or Conv. Rate, and search by title or keyword.
The Affiliate → Launch Calendar page shows upcoming launches by day, which is useful if you want to prepare a review before an offer goes live.
Step 2: Read the numbers before you request
A brand-new offer with almost no sales has too little data to judge.
A rough guide to how well the sales page turns visitors into buyers.
High refunds can mean unhappy buyers — a red flag for your reputation.
Also open the offer page itself. It shows the price range, the commission range, and often an Affiliate Information box with a link to the vendor’s JV page and a Contact Vendor option. Read the JV page: it usually explains what the vendor expects from affiliates.
Step 3: Send the request
- Click Request in the offers list, or Request Approval on the offer page.
- A window titled “Request to Promote Offer” opens with an optional Request Notes box and a checkbox, “Allow Vendor to contact me via email”.
- Write a short note (template below) and click Request Offer.
- You should see a success message saying the request was sent and that you will be notified by email when the seller accepts or rejects it.
Hi [Vendor], I run [your site], an English-language site that publishes detailed reviews of [your niche], with clear affiliate disclosure. I would like to promote [Product] with a dedicated review post on my site plus email promotion. Happy to send you the live review link once it is published. Thanks, [Your name]
What tends to help (my approach, not a guarantee):
- Name your real site and what you will publish. Vague notes like “please approve me” give the vendor nothing to judge.
- Only promise what you will actually do, and only claim what is true about your site and audience.
- Request offers that genuinely fit your niche instead of requesting everything on the list.
- Promise the review link after publishing — and then send it.
Step 4: Understand the status after you request
| Status you see | What it means |
| Request | You have not asked for approval yet. |
| Pending (with a Cancel link) | Your request is with the vendor. You can cancel it if you change your mind. |
| Get Link | You can get your affiliate link for this offer. |
| Denied | The vendor declined. Move on to other offers instead of re-sending the same request. |
You can also see the total number of approved and pending requests on your Affiliate dashboard.
“This offer is not accepting new affiliates”
Sometimes clicking Request Approval shows: “This offer is not accepting new affiliates at this time. Please try again later and/or contact the vendor for more info.” This can happen after a launch window or contest has ended. If the offer page has a JV page or Contact Vendor option, you can ask the vendor directly — or simply pick another offer.
After you are approved
- Get your affiliate link from the offer (the Get Link option).
- Publish an honest review with a clear affiliate disclosure near the top.
- Do not invent coupon codes, bonuses, or results. Separate what the vendor claims from what you have verified yourself.
- Send the vendor your live review link, as you promised in your request.
FAQ
Q: Do I need approval for every offer?
Not necessarily. The offer page tells you: if approval is needed, it says you must be approved by the vendor to promote it.
Q: How long does approval take?
It depends on the vendor. WarriorPlus sends you an email when the request is accepted or rejected.
Q: Can I cancel a request?
Yes. While a request is pending, the offers list shows a Cancel link next to it.
Q: Should I request many offers at once?
Request only the ones you will actually promote. A short list you follow through on is better than a long list you ignore.
